Phyllis Adler, MSW
Phyllis has been associated with Stepping Stones since its inception in 1984, serving as an original member of the Stepping Stones Advisory Committee. In the opening years, Phyllis taught elementary classes for the program and began 15 years ago to assume managerial responsibilities. Phyllis was the Education Director for nine years and has been the director of Stepping Stones for the last ten years. Phyllis received her master’s in Social Work in 1978 for the University of Denver.
Deb Dusansky, MA
Deb Dusansky has been in Jewish education for over 18 years. She has directed religious schools from conservative, renewal to unaffiliated. Deb has a Masters in Family Counseling and started the office for Boulder Jewish Family Services 10 years ago. Bringing her talents and passion together in Jewish education and family counseling, Deb helped to start the Boulder Stepping Stones program.
Stacey Delcau, RJE
Stacey Delcau currently serves as the Education Director and New Program Development for the Denver Stepping Stones program. Stacey worked for Stepping Stones from 2001-2003, and helped to start the Boulder program. She returned to Stepping Stones in January of 2009 to continue working with the wonderful families and staff. Stacey received her Masters in Jewish Education from the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Los Angeles in 2001 and has been working in family education, outreach, and teacher development for the past 8 years. She is currently a member of the board for the National Association of Temple Educators.
